This is a great place. The person that took my order was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I had a large order for 5 people. Each person wanting a different very specific order. They were friendly and understanding throughout the call and asked me when I'd be in. I was certain no amount of time would be long enough to finish preparing my order. So I said I'd be there in 20 min. When I was 5 minutes early they had everything ready to go! Each order was made as requested, flawless. Best service I've had from an Erberts and Gerberts. They were so friendly!
Adam M and Adam Y provided amazing service, they were some of the nicest people I have ever met working at any place I’ve ever eaten at. I hope they are getting paid what they are worth. I will be eating here again because of these two fantastic characters.
We stopped in after bar close since there's not many other restaurants open. Adam was working, and when I say he was getting slammed, I mean he got SLAMMED with party busses and bar close customers!! He handled it all so professionally, I was amazed that he got our order correct, and pretty quick considering the circumstances he was in!
Narmer was delicious! I just don't know why there was a piece of extra bread on the wrapping. See photo.

They always make my sandwiches great and the guy that works at night is such a sweetheart. I love this place. It’s the only restaurant that needs to stay open so late.
Just got done ordering a sandwich brought my baby boy in there and Ericka was nothing but sweet to him she made my lil guy laugh and smile and was happy the whole time in there! I've been coming here for a few years and I love stopping in for a great sandwich. The employees are always super nice, friendly and the food is ready just how like and quickly! I love the bread they use and getting the soft "guts" of the bread is a perfect touch. This is my local preference for a great cold cut sandwich at a decent price.
